Mrs. Ubiñas’s practice has concentrated on areas of corporate law, commercial law, real estate finance, as well as government affairs. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Ubiñas served as an Executive Aide to the President of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, providing legal advice on legislative, disclosure and securities issues and well as acting as the Disclosure Coordinator in the implementation of the Commonwealth’s Disclosure Policies and Procedures. Prior to that, Mrs. Ubiñas was an Associate in the Corporate Department of O’Neill & Borges LLC, concentrating her practice in the areas of real estate, securities, and telecommunications law.
